Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION:UF Information Technology (UFIT) is seeking a professional-level integrations Developer to join Applications, Development, and Integrations, a unit within UFIT.
Employment with UFIT provides an excellent opportunity to work with other employees dedicated and focused on understanding and interpreting the technological needs of the University of Florida’s innovative and inspirational community.
Applications, Development, and Integrations is responsible for application support, enhancements, and integration with other applications.
The Integrations Developer serves as an export resource to developers and analysts regarding best practices for integrating a multitude of different applications. The successful applicant possesses integrations expertise and the ability to mentor junior level development staff. The position operates as the subject matter expert in application integrations with respect to efficiencies, best practices, and security standards. The successful applicant will also have experience with integrating major ERP systems with other COTS applications and/or homegrown applications.
Some key responsibilities and characteristics of this position are:
• Integrating applications both on premise and in the cloud
• Designing standards for integrations between applications
• Mentoring junior level developers on integration best practices
• Working within an ESB product
• Validating requirements and translating them into technical design
• Work both independently and collaboratively with stakeholders and others across the team to define requirements and develop a robust solution.
• Work with functional teams for discovery and design sessions, as needed.
• Designing, development, testing and deployment of Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connector, PICOF, PECI and Workday Studio.
• Experience in designing and developing complex reports as required for some integrations as well as testing and support.
• Facilitate communication and information flow between business partners and project teams to refine requirements and deliver on project goals against long-term Roadmaps.

Benefits
Full-time TEAMS employees will accrue vacation leave at a rate of 6.769 hours biweekly/22 days annually and sick leave at a rate of 4 hours biweekly/13 days annually. In addition, employees are eligible for ten paid holidays each year.
Vacation-accruing TEAMS employees are eligible for four personal leave days/32 hours per year, assuming full-time status, and are intended to give the flexibility to enable units to close from December 26 to 31 when possible, determined on a unit-by-unit basis.

EXPECTED SALARY:
$98,000 - $120,000.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in an appropriate area and four years of relevant experience; or a high school diploma or equivalent and eight years of relevant experience. Appropriate college coursework may substitute at an equivalent rate for the required experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
The ideal candidate will possess the following education, experience, and skills:

• Deep Knowledge of Enterprise Integration Tools (i.e.. MuleSoft, SnapLogic, BizTalk, Informatica, Boomi, etc.)
• Knowledge of Workday Integrations and PeopleSoft Campus Solutions IB integrations
• Experience with code repositories and deployment strategies (i.e.. Git)
• Agile, Waterfall, and SCRUM development approaches
• Issue management and project management.
• Excellent organizational skills and an ability to prioritize and complete simultaneous projects with minimal supervision.
• Experience with Workday Integrations which includes APIs, EIBs, PECI, PICOF, Workday Studio, Core Connector for Worker, and other areas such as Benefits.
• Sound understanding of one or more functional modules in Workday is preferred.
