** This is a Hybrid Opportunity. Approx 2 days onsite **

As a successful candidate, you will:

This position plays a key support role by providing accurate and timely financial information, identifying opportunities to streamline processes, and partnering with clinical operations to improve key financial insights. This role will also require a strong financial analytical background, as this person will be responsible for the integrity of various financial statement components performing analysis of clinical volumes and financial data, including creating/maintaining data infrastructure for deeper analysis at each service line level. This position will work closely with various clinical operations teams to ensure that financials and year-to-go projections are aligned upon against year-end targets.

  • Plan, prepare and analyze monthly volume and financial reporting for Medical Center Hospital and Clinical Network sites.
  • Proactive identification and analysis of business issues and opportunities, including recommendations for future actions.
  • Perform review of financial statements, which will require an in-depth month-end review with key stakeholders to ensure financial performance.
  • Support manager in preparation of presentations for Leadership and Board of Directors, ad-hoc analysis including building, testing, and maintenance of various dashboards and data infrastructure
  • Coordinate multiple deliverables and act as an ambassador across teams to ensure accuracy of financial statements
  • Collaborate with clinical operations to identify actionable and quantifiable actions to achieve financial performance.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.

Your qualifications should include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.
  • 5+ years of progressive accounting and/or finance experience.
  • Preferred: SQL, Tableau/Power BI, RStudio, Python, Excel Power Queries

Salary / Pay Rate Information:
Pay Rate: $43.18 - $66.92 / hour
